Brian Robinson, AAPI
Managing Director

Brian joined Westlink in 1999 and was appointed Managing Director in 2004. He has over 25 years experience in the property industry, initially working in the rating and taxing area.

Brian specialises in the provision of valuations and property advice in relation to high value and complex property types. He assists many clients with property and valuation disputes and has appeared as an expert witness in rating valuation and compulsory acquisition cases.  Brian is a member of the Valuer General Victoria’s Panel of Valuers and is also a member of the Municipal Group of Valuers.

Brendan Sheales, AAPI
Director

Brendan is a Director of Westlink Consulting and was one of the co-founders of the business in 1997. With over 25 years’ valuation experience in all property sectors with specialisms in CBD fringe property, commercial and industrial properties, larger retail premises and shopping centres, quarries and residential development sites throughout metropolitan Melbourne.

He is a qualified Specialist Retail Valuer and undertakes a variety of rental determinations and is a panel member of the Australian Property Institute President’s Panel in addition to being a member of the Valuer General Victoria’s Panel of Valuers and the Municipal Group of Valuers.


Alvin Lee, AAPI
Associate

Alvin has over 10 years’ valuations experience spanning from rating and taxing valuations, compensation and acquisition, financial reporting valuations, project management and GIS expertise. Alvin has extensive experience in the inner eastern suburbs and metropolitan Victoria with respect to residential, retail, commercial and industrial markets both for the public and private sector. Alvin is responsible for the delivery of the 2016 revaluation for both the Brimbank and Wyndham Councils.

Alvin has extensive involvement in the provision of valuation services for supplementary valuations, objections, rate exemptions, public open space valuations, asset and insurance valuations for Public Sector clients. In addition, Alvin is a member of the Valuer General Victoria’s Panel of Valuers and is also a member of the Municipal Group of Valuers.


Jesse Cranfield, AAPI
Associate

Jesse has over 8 years’ experience with Westlink and has worked primarily in rating and taxing undertaking municipal valuations. Jesse started in The City of Yarra where he was involved in managing the site and returning the 2008 revaluation. In 2010 Jesse moved into a management role on the City of Greater Geelong contract and was responsible for returning the 2012 and 2014 revaluations, in addition to returning both City of Monash and the City of Port Phillip 2014 revaluations.

Jesse is currently responsible for delivering the City of Monash's 2016 revaluation and will provide high level assistance for the return of the City of Greater Geelong''s 2016 revaluation. Since gaining his CPV accreditation Jesse has broadened his valuation experience taking on some private client work.

Jesse is a member of the Valuer General Victoria’s Panel of Valuers.

Jenny Dalgleish, AAPI
Senior Valuer

Jenny joined Westlink in 2003 and has over sixteen years’ experience in municipal valuations.  She has returned eight General Revaluations at Casey Council and six at Cardinia Shire Council, including rural, residential, commercial, industrial and specialist valuations.

Jenny has also carried out valuations for public open space contributions, Council land acquisitions and disposals, Council assets and insurance, supplementary valuations, various consultancy valuations for councils and private clients in addition to residential mortgage valuations and valuation objections to Council Rate Notices and Land Tax Notices.

Currently Jenny specialises in rural and lifestyle properties for Rating and Taxing purposes and englobo valuations for Public Open Space Contributions across Casey and Cardinia Councils.  Jenny is a member of the Municipal Group of Valuers.

Bianca Schewtschenko-Bywater, AAPI
Associate

Bianca has over 12 years’ experience in the property industry including 8 years in valuations having joined Westlink in 2008. Bianca has extensive experience in rating and taxing valuations having worked on the 2010, 2012, 2014 General Revaluations for Casey and Cardinia and having been responsible for the management and delivery of the 2016 Revaluation for both Councils.

Bianca undertakes a range of municipal valuation services in addition to General Revaluations including objections, public open space valuations, asset and insurance valuations, valuations for acquisition and disposal of council land and valuations for Development Contribution Plans. She also specialises in valuation work for private clients and mortgage purposes including commercial, industrial and rural properties and has expertise GIS and data base modeling.

Bianca is a member of the Valuer General Victoria’s Panel of Valuers and is also a member of the Municipal Group of Valuers.

Michelle Crosbie, AAPI
Valuer

Michelle joined Westlink Consulting in 2009 working in the Rating and Taxing Department, assisting with municipal valuations at Maroondah Council.

Michelle moved into a Quality Assurance Role in 2012, undertaking internal reviews of VGV submissions prior to their submission to the Valuer General.   In addition she took on the role of Market Data Coordinator, gathering and collating data for high value commercial, industrial and specialist properties and development sites.

Since gaining her CPV accreditation Michelle has worked in the Private and Mortgage division, undertaking valuations for residential, retail, commercial and industrial properties throughout Melbourne.


Tim Frain, AAPI
Associate

Tim has over 15 years’ experience as a property valuer which includes completing valuations for rating and taxing, acquisition and disposal, financial reporting, insurance, public open space and mortgage security purposes. Tim has extensive knowledge in the south east suburbs of metropolitan Melbourne with respect to residential, retail, commercial and industrial markets. Tim is responsible for the delivery of the 2016 revaluation for Maroondah City Council.

Tim is also a member of the Valuer General Victoria’s Panel of Valuers and the Municipal Group of Valuers Victoria.

Dr Georgia Warren-Myers, AAPI
Valuer

Georgia joined Westlink Consulting in August 2013 as a property valuer in our private client division.  As a certified practicing valuer, independent researcher and property lecturer, Georgia has extensive knowledge of valuation, property economics, sustainability, urban development and market analysis.

Georgia has received numerous property scholarships, awards and research grants and was awarded her doctorate from the University of Melbourne in 2010 which investigated 'The relationship between sustainability and market value: the consequences for valuation practice in commercial property'.  She continues her professional development focusing on research and advisory in property and sustainability.

Georgia sits on several property professional boards and has published many journals on sustainability in property, asset management and construction.  She is a member of the Valuer General Victoria’s Panel of Valuers and is an accomplished sailor having medaled at world championship sailing events.
